A variety of factors can cause strain in a relationship. These factors may include resentment, infidelity, intimacy issues, lack of trust, and communication issues. When problems continuously go unresolved, or if one partner is suffering from mental or health complications, it can cause you to feel helpless, resentful, or have feelings of guilt or shame. People often seek couples or marriage counseling when the relationship is at a standstill, or if they are unsure whether the relationship is worth staying in or leaving. Sometimes people begin therapy individually to help figure out what they really want or as a couple to work together and communicate in a safe environment with a supportive 3rd party to alleviate emotional stress and work towards goals & solutions.

I provide Group Enneagram and MBTI workshops to each group or company. Through this workshop, each member can understand themselves, understand other colleagues and employees, help the organization to grow into a better community or company, and enhance a strong sense of belonging.

What is Tele-therapy?

(Also referred to as Tele-health, Tele-medicine or Tele-psychiatry)

Tele-therapy is a form of video conferencing allowing psychologists and therapists to provide psychotherapy services to patients outside of the office. Surveyed patients participating in tele-therapy say they are very satisfied with the care they are receiving and that they feel teletherapy is a reliable form of practice. In addition, many find it more convenient to their lifestyles and schedules and say that they can keep their appointments on a more regular basis.

Tele-therapy provides our clients with benefits that may lead to better care. We understand it can be difficult to take time off from your busy schedule to come to our office. This form of treatment can eliminate your commute time that can be an additional stressor, especially when you are scheduled to see your psychiatrist/therapist often. For clients who are usually seen in the office but are sick or traveling, this form of treatment allows you to keep your appointment without interrupting your care.
